1. What kind of products does Erganik offer?

We offer toxin-free consumer products, skincare and household goods, made primarily of organic ingredients.

2. What do you mean by toxin-free?

When we say toxin-free, we mean that our products are free of known harmful ingredients including the following: dyes, parabens, petrochemicals, phthalates and sulfates

3. Do you test your products on animals?

No, absolutely not. None of the ingredients that go into the production of our products, nor the products themselves have been tested on animals. In addition, we are a member of the Leaping Bunny program, which requires that we attest that our products and the ingredients that go into making our products do not involve testing on animals.

4. What kind of preservatives go into your products?

The ingredient lists on each product contains a list of preservatives that we use, however we tend to avoid paraben based preservatives and other preservatives that are controversial in nature. Please consult each product for more information.


1. When will my order ship?

While all orders placed on our website are acknowledged within an hour via email, your order will ship within 48 hours, if in stock.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. Due to the nature of the product, you may return an order after receipt only if it has not been opened. Please contact us for prior authorization to initiate a return.

3. Can I order a custom product?

Some products are offered with the opportunity to add custom ingredients. You may choose within the list shown for each product, if available.


1. Which payment options are available?

You may pay via any the major credit cards via PayPal or by Amazon Pay, if you wish.

2. Is my credit card information secure?

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using Transport Layer Security technology (TLS). 3. When will my credit card be charged?

Your preferred payment method will be charged no later that the shipment date of your order.


1. Which shipping options are available to me?

You may choose our best method or specify a carrier. You have the choice of receiving your order via USPS, FEDEX or UPS. You may also receive your order via a custom courier if your order was placed on a third party website such as Amazon. If you have placed an order via a third party website, please be advised that the terms and conditions of that site will apply.

All orders placed on are shipped from Grayslake, Illinois, United States.

You may purchase any of our products from this site or from at the present time. Additional locations will be updated when they become available.
